Billing is at the discretion of the GP and includes any paperwork and documentation. Private billing applies to all patients and is payable following your consultation. Fees can be paid by Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS. Medicare rebates can be processed from the clinic at the time of payment and could take up to 48 hours or longer.
Please be advised Work Cover consultations will be charged privately if the patient does not have current insurance details. An approval letter must be provided prior to the consultation stating the claim number, case managers details, postal and contact details of the payer.
- Non-attendance Fee is $50.00.
- New Patient Deposit $50.00.
- Care Plans, Health Assessments, Antenatal, Mental Health Care Plans are Bulk Billed.
Surgical Procedure Fees
An equipment fee of $50 or $100 will apply depending on procedure performed. This fee is not rebatable.
Your doctor will discuss surgical procedure fees as they vary. Surgical Procedure fees are Medicare rebatable.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, or if you are running late please let the receptionist know at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time, to allow other patients to be seen. A non-attendance fee of $50 may be charged if you do not attend the appointment and/or without 2-hours notice prior to cancellation.
